We are aware that every pet is different and needs to be treated as such. We always allow enough time for a thorough evaluation and in-depth discussion regarding your pet’s health. As a result,  all of our consultations are 30 minutes long by default. This extra consultation time allows our veterinarians to perform a comprehensive physical examination, observe the behaviour of your pet, and discuss any concerns you may have. This approach considers all aspects of your pet’s health, from physical ailments to behavioural concerns and overall well-being.

Exceptional Care

You and your pet are at the heart of everything we do and we are dedicated to providing exceptional care. We spend the consultation learning about the medical history, way of life, and any particular problems your pet may have. This individualised care enables us to provide, where required, specialised guidance on diet, exercise, and preventative care. This is in addition to diagnosis and treatment of any health issues your pet may have.

When a Pet Is Unwell

Our longer consultations give us the time to thoroughly look into any symptoms your pet is exhibiting. Our veterinarians will do a thorough physical examination and may suggest additional diagnostic procedures such X-rays, ultrasounds, or blood work. Making sure you are well-informed and engaged in the decision-making process, we will go over the best possible treatment options.
