Christian

Graduating from The University of Nottingham in July 2016, Christian moved straight into first opinion small animal practice at Cheshire Pet, in Holmes Chapel. Christian stayed in his role within the practice for years, honing his skills and developing into one of the most experienced veterinary surgeons in Cheshire offering laparoscopic neutering. Christian also has a keen interest in orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery, particularly cruciate disease and fracture repairs. Christian became Clinical Director of Cheshire pet in 2021 before starting Tattons Vets with his good friend Riaz.

In his spare time, Christian loves everything Knutsford has to offer and experiences it with his fiance and two small children. Hiking and a bit of very amateur football keeps Christian in shape when his busy life allows.

Riaz

Riaz graduated from The University of Nottingham in July 2016. Riaz spent a few years working for the RSPCA in this country and abroad when he was able. After spending some time working for Greenbank Veterinary Surgery in Stockport, Riaz became Clinical Director of The Vet in Warrington. Riaz enjoys internal medicine and is on the way to complete his certificate in small animal internal medicine in the near future.

Having moved to Knutsford in 2021 with his partner, you may well have seen him and his wife with their Irish Setter, Sullivan pottering around town! In his spare time, Riaz visits the gym and is a keen supporter of his boyhood football club, Arsenal!

Laura

After graduating from Bristol University in 2012, Laura had a brief stint at the RSPCA before settling into a practice in Macclesfield. After spending 7 lovely years there she moved to Lymm in 2021 and explored career opportunities around Manchester and Warrington. Laura really enjoys a personal and friendly approach to caring for your pets and so Tatton vets is a perfect fit.

Laura completed a certificate in endoscopy and endosurgery in 2019, and so has a wealth of experience performing key hole procedures. Due to her love of learning she is currently undertaking another certificate in ophthalmology.

In her spare time Laura loves walking her dog, Todd. She is a big fan of reformer pilates and spin cycling but is also happy to curl up with a good book and her cat, Mia. Not forgetting her husband, they married in November 2024 and she is happy to show you pictures of Todd as ring bearer.
